We had a scheduled guest, but they had to cancel last minute. A question got thrown out and conversation quickly picked up on the discussion of profiles and how to get a good read on a person before bringing them on board. We discussed the differences between social media profiles and profile discovery tools (think Myers Briggs). The conversation then turned back around to how those affect you creating and sustaining a team.
- Teams
- Profile techniques
- Diversity of thought
- Group development
- Making good teams

The day started with a great discussion on stories and backstories and how those help a team work better together. We had a special guest Katie Stroud on discussing her take on how those stories influence a team and how it is an integral part of a team coming together to tackle projects. All four boxes were full today, including guest host Cara North. The text chat is extra lively, so make sure you scroll up through the chat while listening.

Post Show Notes – May 17, 2017
It was a busy day that started with a short talk on teams. It morphed into a good conversation in the boxes around video, the speed at which it is made, and the speed at which we present it. The conversation in the boxes and chat u-turned back into teams and we discovered quite a diverse cross section of team sized and makeup in the group. Make sure you DM Brent or Luis with your comments on TLDChat. Be sure to check out the entire video and scroll up on the chat, but skip all the @BRENT spots and it will read a lot better!
