Monday starts the week with a special guest, Taylor Tomanio. She is an Instructional Designer at Shoptech Software where she acts as a designer, video editor, and e-learning developer. Taylor completed the Articulate Expert Training in Boson in 2018 and focuses on e-learning development and interactive training courses. Taylor has given webinars for Quinnipiac University’s Instructional Design Graduate Program and has spoken on the Women in Tech’s Social Platforms for a Takeover Episode.

Today we get a special visit from Brain Moon. He does consulting work around discovering expertise through concept mapping. He’s created a cool tool called SERO that let’s instructors use concept mapping as an assessment tool.
It’s an amazing step outside the usual multiple choice assessment that we have all have come to know… and sometimes loathe. The tool is in beta testing but available for you to try out.
