So often training departments and ID practitioners are approached to develop or deliver training to an audience. The requester has already jumped to a solution, and as far as they are concerned, training is the answer. In today’s TLDCast we will hear from John Temples and his experience with just such an example.  We’ll learn how John took an initial training request, turned it around to identify the true problem, and ultimately deliver a solution that helped in solving the problem.
