My nickname is the Brain Tweaker.

Video is visual and an organic way to deliver content but it’s important to have brain knowledge when making videos.

Your brain can handle 11 million bits per second.  10 million of those are from your visual system.  In the end, only 50 of those bits meet your brain.

Your brain is always watching “what’s in it for me”

It’s important to start the video with what’s in it for me to captivate the brain.

Your conscience brain can only do one thing at a time.

Attention is basically being able to shut off other things.

3% of the population are super-taskers.

You could begin every compliance video with a guy in a wheelchair.. I imagine the impact tends to wane.
